1. Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing bossbk101@gmail.com from the email you paid with (or through the Stripe customer link in your receipt, when available). Cancellation stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
2. Your 14-day cooling-off right (UK consumers)
If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel without giving a reason.
Creators Fam gives you access to the Community immediately after payment. At checkout, you ask us to start the service immediately and you acknowledge the following:
- If you cancel within the 14 days after using the Community, you must pay a proportionate amount for the access you have already had, and we will refund the rest.
- Once the service has been fully provided, you lose the right to cancel.
To use this right, email bossbk101@gmail.com within 14 days saying you wish to cancel. We will refund what is due within 14 days, to the original payment method.
3. After the 14 days
- Monthly plans: we do not refund the current month once it has begun. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next payment.
- Yearly plans: you can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid year. We do not refund the unused part of a year after the 14-day period, except where required by law or where we are responsible for the failure (see below).
4. When we will refund
We will refund you, in full or pro rata as appropriate, if:
- we close the Community or remove core access that you paid for, without offering an equivalent alternative;
- you were charged in error or charged twice;
- you could not gain access because of a fault on our side that we could not fix within a reasonable time.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer, including the right to services that are performed with reasonable care and skill.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first at bossbk101@gmail.com. We resolve payment queries quickly. Where a chargeback is opened, we may suspend access while it is investigated.
