These terms apply to members who join the referral programme ("Affiliates"). They sit alongside the Terms of Service.
1. What you earn
You earn 30% of the net amount of each qualifying payment made by a member you refer. "Net" means the amount Stripe settles to us, in GBP, after Stripe's processing fees.
2. How long you earn
Commission is paid for as long as the referred member keeps paying their subscription. It is one level only: you earn on members you refer directly, not on members referred by them.
3. Which referrals qualify
- A referral counts when a new member subscribes using your referral link or code.
- Commission is earned only on members who join on the Second, Third or Fourth Batch. Members who join on the First Batch are recorded but do not earn commission.
- You cannot refer yourself, your own accounts or anyone acting on your behalf. Self-referrals earn nothing.
- You must be an active member (your own subscription active or trialing) at the time commission is calculated and paid.
4. What does not earn commission
- Payments that are refunded, disputed or charged back.
- Payments that Stripe does not settle in GBP (these cannot be calculated reliably and earn nothing).
- Founding members and any free access.
5. When commission is paid
- 30-day hold. Commission becomes payable only on payments that are more than 30 days old, so refunds and disputes can clear first.
- Rounding. Commission is calculated per payment and rounded down to the nearest penny.
- Minimum payout £10. Once your payable balance reaches £10 it becomes eligible for payout. Below £10 it carries over to the next period. There is no expiry of carried-over commission while your account stays eligible.
- How we pay. In GBP by bank transfer, to details you give us, on a monthly basis once the balance is eligible. We may ask for details we need to pay you lawfully.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax on commission you receive. We do not deduct tax on your behalf.
7. Conduct
Promote honestly. You must not:
- make false or misleading claims, including guaranteed income or results;
- send spam or use paid advertising that bids on our brand or that appears to be official Creators Fam content;
- offer rewards or discounts that we have not approved;
- misrepresent yourself as employed by or speaking for Creators Fam.
You must follow applicable law, including advertising rules and the requirement to make clear that you may earn commission when you promote us.
8. Termination
We can suspend or end your participation, and withhold commission that arises from breach of these terms or from fraud, if you break these terms. You can leave the programme at any time; commission earned up to that date remains payable, subject to the rules above.
9. Changes
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to these terms or to the commission rate. Changes apply to payments made after the change takes effect.
10. Records
Our figures, based on Stripe's records, are used to calculate commission. If you think a figure is wrong, email bossbk101@gmail.com within 60 days and we will review it.
